Shakti is a Senior Associate in the pro bono practice as Gilchrist Connell. Shakti's recent work includes law reform writing for front line women's organisations on economic abuse, coercive control and sentencing of pregnant women and mothers with dependents.
She also works on family law parenting and property settlement matters, as well victims of crime and restraining order matters for a WA community legal centre on secondment.
Shakti was a finalist for the '30 Under 30 Awards - Pro Bono and Community' in 2024 and 2025.
She also co-leads the firm's Culture Sub-Committee.
