Nicholas has experience in a broad variety of financial lines matters including professional indemnity, D&O and management liability, product liability and property.
He has extensive experience in litigated claims and has represented insureds in a range of business lines including building professionals, lawyers, real estate and property professionals, auditors, financial advisors, large corporations, national social organisations, and cultural organisations. Nicholas has also defended and advised insurers on defamation claims involving a variety of organisations.
Nicholas also has significant experience advising insurers on policy coverage, including acting as coverage counsel in major litigated matters and acting for insurers in litigated coverage disputes.
Nicholas is cognizant of clients’ commercial imperatives while working to understand their unique interests and seeks to resolve claims accordingly.
