Natasha specialises in Employment Practices Liability (EPL), Workplace Relations and Workplace Health & Safety.
Natasha prides herself in her ability to identify unique priorities of her clients. She is able to harness commercial motivations and incentives to resolve disputes, and inform effective and creative strategies in litigation. Her strong skillset is also embellished by her experience of acting for employees.
Natasha has routinely appeared on behalf of clients nationally in the Fair Work Commission, Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, Federal Court of Australia, Magistrates’ Court of Victoria, Supreme Court of Victoria as well as the District and Local Court of New South Wales.
Specifically, Natasha has acted in matters involving termination of employment, workplace investigations, employee entitlements discrimination and occupational health and safety prosecutions.
Natasha is also an active member of the Law Institute of Victoria, Workplace Relations Committee. She was a Finalist in the 30 Under 30 Employment and Workplace Relations category in 2023.
