Natalie acts for insureds and their public and professional indemnity insurers across all aspects of litigated personal injury and professional negligence claims. She adopts a pragmatic and commercial approach to provide clients with the best possible outcomes. Natalie is focused on providing excellent service and building relationships with her clients and considers it important that clients understand and feel in control of the tailoring of the strategy for their unique situation.
Natalie has extensive experience in defending Local Health Districts and healthcare professionals in both litigated and pre-litigated claims, as well as in coronial inquests and sensitive matters.
Previously, Natalie managed major and complex liability CTP claims, as well as product liability, general liability, and recovery matters.
She has significant experience in the Supreme and District Courts of NSW, the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT), and has also practiced in the ACT and Victorian jurisdictions. Natalie is a member of the Australian Insurance Law Association (AILA).
