Matthew has extensive experience in commercial and insurance litigation across New South Wales and multiple Australian jurisdictions. He has managed a high volume of recoveries matters with significant autonomy, building a strong foundation in dispute resolution and client-focused outcomes.
His expertise in commercial and insurance matters has seen him instruct on successful motions in the Supreme Court of NSW and appear in Local Court hearings, achieving positive results for clients.
Matthew’s current focus is on professional indemnity claims, acting in matters involving property management, accountancy, migration agents and solicitor negligence. He also continues to apply his skills in recoveries, both pursuing and defending claims, while maintaining a caseload in personal injury and public liability.
Pragmatic and commercially minded, Matthew is committed to delivering the best possible outcomes and providing advice that is practical, meaningful and, where necessary, candid.
Matthew has also contributed through volunteer work with the Aboriginal Legal Service and under the Victims Support Scheme, gaining experience in care and protection matters.
