Jade Wishart

Jade practices predominantly in professional indemnity and financial lines, assisting with complex claims against a variety of professionals including solicitors, builders, architects, engineers, directors and real estate. She has practiced almost exclusively in insurance litigation since her admission and has a passion for legal research and quantum assessments.

Jade has also practised in personal injury claims throughout her time at Gilchrist Connell. She has dealt with simple claims through to a tragic fatality (dependency claim) and assisted with a multi-million dollar catastrophic claim.

With her keen understanding of the management of claims, Jade takes a proactive approach to seeking to resolve claims at the earliest opportunity for the most favourable outcome.

Jade has also been Vice President and Assistant Treasurer of the Western Australian branch of the Young Insurance Commission, volunteered as a Youth Advisory Council Member at the Australian Red Cross and acted as a mentor for the University of Western Australia Enactus team.
