
Emma is an employment lawyer and has considerable experience supporting employers and executives navigate the complexities of the workplace, primarily in Queensland.
She has a particular interest in assisting employers, across a broad range of industries, resolve disputes arising within the workplace. Emma takes a practical approach to matters and provides strategic guidance that helps organisations manage risk, ensure compliance and navigate complex employment matters. She is also adept at handling sensitive matters, including matters involving allegations of bullying, sexual harassment and discrimination in the workplace.
Emma regularly represents clients in litigated proceedings across State and Federal Courts, and in the Fair Work Commission, Queensland Industrial Relations Commission and Human Rights Commissions. In addition, Emma assists companies and individuals navigate investigations by regulators, including the Fair Work Ombudsman and Work Health and Safety Queensland.
Emma holds an LLB(Hons)/BA. She is admitted to practice in Australia and New Zealand.
