Ashleigh assists insured and non-insured employers respond to claims in the Fair Work Commission, Australian Human Rights Commissions, and various other State and Federal courts and tribunals including claims of unfair dismissals, general protections, discrimination claims, underpayment and common law breach of contract. Ashleigh prides herself on her commercial and pragmatic approach to negotiating resolutions for her clients.
Ashleigh also advises employers on the preparation of employment contracts and policies, interpretation of award and enterprise agreement provisions, managing staff performance and conduct issues, and terminations.
