Specialist Insurance law firm Gilchrist Connell expands with fifth office

Specialist insurance law and defendant litigation firm, Gilchrist Connell, has announced that it will open an office in Brisbane from August 27 this year. The boutique insurance law firm already has offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth and will be one of only a few [if not the only] specialist insurance law firm with an on-ground presence in every mainland state.

The Brisbane office will be headed by Principal David Flint. David has 20 years’ experience in insurance law in the Queensland market and will bring a number of new client relationships to the firm as well as enhancing the firm’s national offering for local and international insurers. He has particular experience in professional indemnity, coverage disputes, policy drafting and complex liability claims.

Since its inception in 2008, Gilchrist Connell has sought to offer its insurance clients a national ‘one stop shop’ for insurance law services. Having opened three offices in four years in response to continually increasing demand – and as one of the country’s fastest growing law firms – it is clear that the market values its strong track record and dedicated, specialist expertise.
