The nominee will be an individual who consistently demonstrates and promotes honesty, integrity & transparency in their professional capacity. The following criteria will be used in determining the 2025 APIG Gilchrist Connell Frank Earl Award winner:
1. A commitment to the development and promotion of Financial Lines insurance
2. Clearly demonstrates the core values in their day to dealings with peers
3. Promotes the core values in their dealings with peers
4. Encourages others to adhere to the core values
5. Actively mentors staff and colleagues
Nominations should not exceed 800 words
