Our Team includes specialist and accredited expertise including professional membership from Australian Restructuring Insolvency and Turnaround Association (ARITA), the only industry association that requires extensive initial and ongoing tertiary education in this specialised space. We also hold professional membership with INSOL International (INSOL), which is a world-wide federation of national associations for lawyers and accountants who specialise in turnaround and insolvency.

We also work collaboratively with our clients to develop “better outcome” plans to engage with the safe harbour provisions in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), which may operate as a defence to insolvent trading and may facilitate successful engagement with directors’ and officers’ insurance policies.
Our team is skilled at advising, litigating and resolving insolvency claims. We work collaboratively with our clients to generate solutions that meet their commercial and strategic objectives and ensure that in doing so that we provide pragmatic, legally sound and commercially sensible solutions. Our experts are agile and scalable. We can provide insolvency services in the pre-insolvency space, informal appointments (for example, voluntary administration) and formal appointments (for example, liquidation) in small to large insolvencies.
