Phoebe is an insolvency lawyer and is experienced in corporate and personal insolvency advice and litigation and general commercial litigation across Australia.
Phoebe acts for insolvency practitioners in their capacity as liquidators, administrators, receivers, bankruptcy trustees, and also acts for directors and individuals in relation to restructuring and insolvency matters. Phoebe has particular expertise in winding-up proceedings, advising insolvency practitioners on issues arising out of their appointment, PPSA disputes, public examinations and voidable transaction claims.
She provides pragmatic and commercial advice to achieve her clients’ overall objectives.
Phoebe regularly delivers informative and practical seminars to clients on topical corporate and personal insolvency issues and publishes in the Australian Restructuring and Insolvency (ARITA) Journal.
Phoebe is a professional member of ARITA and holds an ARITA Advanced Certification (Insolvency) (UTS). Phoebe is also a member of the Women’s Insolvency Network Australia.
