Ninwe has broad experience in a range of litigation and dispute resolution matters across various state, federal and appellate courts with a focus on class actions, contractual disputes, general commercial matters, regulatory investigations and claims of misleading and deceptive conduct.
She has particular expertise in defending very large and complex litigation including defending directors and officers in class action litigation. In recent years, this class action experience has included defending directors in high profile claims brought by investors in various failed management investment schemes.
Ninwe’s knowledge and experience has covered a diverse range of industries including agriculture and forestry, mining, health, engineering, manufacturing and transport. She has successfully represented a foreign entity in relation to a complex dispute in Australia and acts for a range of businesses in relation to contractual claims, disputes regarding terms of trade, investigations, recovery matters and employment related claims.
Ninwe is highly experienced in supervising the complex discovery processes, including direct responsibility for the gathering and preparation of evidence, and advising directors in relation to the litigation.
