Leah offers comprehensive advice on all aspects of claims management in personal injury and recoveries, and has worked on leading cases in personal injuries in Queensland, developing in-depth knowledge and technical excellence in this area. She acts in defence of litigated and unlitigated claims and is highly skilled in trial work.
She employs well-honed advocacy skills to represent clients at informal and formal compulsory conferences, mediations and trials and provides advice on all aspect of claims management and strategy.
